Michael McCloskey brings a wealth of business experience to FrontRange Solutions. He has served in key upper management roles including CEO/Chairman Kana Communications, President and Director of Genesys Telecom, CFO and VP of Operations for Network Appliance, CFO and VP of Operations for Digital Microwave Corp., CFO for Wavefront Technologies, and Controller for Everex Systems Inc.
Michael has helped several technology firms launch initial public stock offerings, including Kana Communications, Genesys Telecom and Network Appliance. Genesys later was sold to Alcatel, a French telecommunications company, for $1.2 billion.
Bill oversees the daily operations and development of the company’s global technical product support, customer care and maintenance renewals operations. He has a wealth of practical management experience and an extensive background in technical support, customer services, marketing, and sales. An expert in establishing customer intimacy as a key business driver, he has served on CRM industry boards such as: Customer Support Management and the Help Desk Institute.
Bill joined FrontRange Solutions from Sykes Enterprises Incorporated, located in Tampa, Fla. At Sykes, he established a proven formula for success with his talent for strategic planning, service delivery, call center management and help desk services. Prior to Sykes, Bill spent almost 20 years with IBM in senior management roles where he developed strategies to market support services to customers.
As CIO, Greg Higham brings to FrontRange a proven background in leading IT businesses to success through the alignment of IT solutions and business objectives. In this key role Greg is responsible for leading the company’s global focus on its world-class technology infrastructure, including implementing and evolving information systems and tools that enable aggressive business growth.
Prior to joining FrontRange Solutions, Greg held various senior management positions including VP and CIO at Witness Systems, vice president of worldwide customer services for Epiphany (acquired by SSA Global) and other senior management information technology and customer service roles with Inovis, Peregrine Systems, Harbinger, Premenos and Tandem Computers.
Ian is responsible for FrontRange's sales operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has over 15 years experience in the IT sector, primarily in the Help Desk and Service Management markets, and a successful history of sales management to Fortune 100/500 customers.
Prior to joining FrontRange, Ian held a number of senior sales and management positions with Peregrine, BMC, IBM and Vignette. He will play a central role in the continued expansion of FrontRange's EMEA operations.
