Looking for answers to non-technical questions? The Customer Care Department is the central point of contact for general questions about FrontRange Solutions’ products, and can help you with your non-technical end-user and partner requests.

In addition, we are responsible for addressing the following issues:

  • Serial Number Registration for GoldMine
  • All order inquiries, including returns/credits
  • Rebate Inquiries
  • Replacement CDs
  • Responding to customer feedback
